The pandemic is not yet over; we may stay at home for a few more months, why not make the best out of it.
I started my own sourdough starter a few days before the Christmas of 2018. Since then, I have been baking sourdough bread with that starter. One of the best investment I had was a combo cooker. Not only did I use it for baking sourdough, but also, I used it for pan frying steaks, eggs, chicken kashu, scallion pancakes, “clay-pot” rice, and many more. Last but not least, It’s also great for any dishes that start on the stovetop and finish in the oven.
